About Us

Once we have talked and we have agreed on the terms and conditions of sale for one of our available puppies, we will send you an invoice for the non - refundable reservation fee which outlines the agreed upon terms for the sale of the puppy.

ALL reservations fees placed on our available puppies MUST be discussed in advance. By sending the aforementioned fee, you acknowledge these are mutually agreeable terms and conditions of the reservation fee policy and accept that these fees are

non - refundable.

COVID UPDATES and NEW Policies

Since the pandemic we had to change the way we do business here at FloriDachs...

It is a sad reality that as of 2020 we had to stop our open-door policy regarding weekly visits to our home to see our puppies and our adult dogs in order to protect our family from viruses and other more dangerous potential safety concerns that had been looming even prior to this particular virus.

In order to keep people up to date on our puppies and our new litters, we started sending videos as soon as puppies are born and posting pictures

as much as possible.

I stepped up my texting game and I spend a lot of time texting with potential and current clients to keep you all updated on future

and current litters - all while I work my regular job!

Once a litter is born and your puppies are selected / deposits received,

we continue sending texts, pictures and video updates frequently.

An outside visit at our home occurs around 5 weeks and is scheduled by me personally.

Pickup still occurs at 8 weeks after health certificates and first shots are obtained by our licensed veterinarian. Pickups are still at our home

in an outside setting where we laugh it up and share

special time with you...

Puppies go fast and often do not make it up on the website prior to being reserved ~ communicating with me is key!
